Ophthalmic Technician Lead

Our growing ophthalmology practice is looking to recruit an outstanding Ophthalmic Technician Lead. This position would work in both of our primary facilities in Eugene and Springfield and on the rare occasion, travel to our satellite offices in Newport, Florence, Roseburg and North Bend.

This position is a part of our management team, and requires quick-thinking individuals who are able to perform in a fast paced clinical environment and whose primary focus is to provide excellent patient care.

Essential Functions & Qualifications:
• Maintains efficient clinic flow
• Keeps clinic running on time
• Supervises technicians
• Monitor clinical staff for compliance with office policy
• Provide recommendations for clinic improvements
• Ability to lead and provide guidance
• Thorough understanding of work ups, and overall flow of the clinic
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer proficient
• Minimum COA
